Your company, established outside France
A company with no establishment in France that sells products covered by French EPR appoints a representative established in France. Three blocks to fill in: your company, how you sell in France, the person who will sign. The verdict appears as soon as your sales channels are filled in.
In force since 10 July 2026: Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code requires a producer not established in France to appoint, by written mandate, a representative established in France.
